This home’s bold form, combined with clean lines and a tonal color palette, set the backdrop for Julien Abele Park in the heart of Graduate Hospital. Not shying away from its contemporary style, the home highlights its masonry exterior by using the vernacular materials of brick and cast stone, along with large expanses of glass. The main living spaces were elevated to the second floor for added privacy and to capture views of the adjacent park.
